Do I have to pay a sales tax or use tax?
We charge sales tax on all items sent to non-tax-exempt individuals and institutions, depending on the ship-to address, in order to comply with the tax laws in certain states. For details, seeSales Tax.
Can I order from a real person over the telephone?
Of course! You can order directly from a member of our Customer Care Department by calling 1-800-566-6150. You may order also by fax (1-888-957-3291), e-mail (email@example.com), regular mail or online. Do you accept purchase orders?
Retail stores and church institutions that have established an billing account with World Library Publications may place purchase orders over the Internet. You must be registered as such a user and receive a password. This can be done by making a one-time only call to our Customer Care Department to set up your WLP Institutional Internet Account. Thereafter, your must use your password to order on your account online. The password you choose may be between 8 and 30 characters, is case sensitive, and may be any combination of alpha and/or numeric characters. Contact our Customer Care Department to find our how we can accommodate your ordering needs and if you need help to set up your account. All other online orders from individuals must be pre-paid by credit card.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item in its original condition and unopened packaging (CDs, cassettes, videos, software) with 30 days after the purchase date. For more details, seeReturn Policy. What should I do if something is damaged in shipping?

How can I tell the availability of an item?
We make every effort to keep all items in stock and indicate availability on each product page. If we cannot fill an order completely, we will ship the available items and back order the remaining items. Back ordered items will be sent as soon as they are received into stock.
How can I find out more information about an item?
The most detailed information about our products is on the individual product pages. You can often see page samples, listen to sound clips from recordings, read reviews, and find other helpful details there.
