He is the original author of the annual resource, Daily Prayer, published by Liturgy Training Publications (LTP) from 2002–2006, as well as a contributor to printed and online publications covering liturgy and liturgical spirituality.

A former teacher at the secondary and college levels, Bryan is currently associate editor of U.S. Catholic magazine in Chicago, Illinois.

Bryan's new book with WLP entitled, Weekdays 2007: Prayers and Reflections for Liturgy, will be published the summer of 2006.
