David Yackley has been involved in bringing young people to Christ through uplifting contemporary music for the last decade. He currently leads the Lighthouse Band for Sunday night LIFE TEEN Masses at Holy Family Catholic Church near Seattle, WA. David's first album for WLP, Offering, is an outgrowth of his personal faith and his work in the LIFE TEEN movement.

David has enjoyed a varied career as a composer, arranger, and keyboard player. Having studied jazz and film scoring at the prestigious Eastman School of Music, David has also been very active in the interactive music movement in his work for Blue Ribbon, Microsoft, and currently HumanBeams and NewBlue. Originally from Millersburg, Ohio, David has lived in Rochester, New York and Atlanta, Georgia before departing for Seattle in 1996, where he currently resides with his wife Tracey and their three children, Laura, Will, and Caitlin.
