Reprints & Permissions

World Library Publications offers a variety of options for parishes and other worshiping communities to legally reproduce selected music and other materials owned and/or controlled by World Library Publications and J.S. Paluch Company, Inc. Before venturing into the licensing options World Library Publications has available, you may want to review the helpful information regarding the use of copyrighted material. Annual Licenses

ANNUAL DELUXE REPRINT LICENSE
$300.00 per year renewed annually. This license allows you to reprint WLP-owned text and musical melody line for congregational use (such as for programs, song sheets, bulletin inserts, transparencies for overhead projections, PowerPoint® presentations, etc.). In addition, this Deluxe License grants you electronic display rights for WLP-materials on your parish or institutional website.

ANNUAL REPRINT LICENSE
$225.00 per year renewed annually. This license allows you to reprint WLP-owned text and musical melody line for congregational use (such as for programs, song sheets, bulletin inserts, transparencies for overhead projections, PowerPoint^® presentations, etc.) Diocesan offices that desire to purchase an annual license can only purchase an Annual Deluxe Reprint License. Special value-added benefit for holders of the above annual licenses: Both WLP Annual Reprint Licenses above allow you access to WLP's online library of assembly files from our hymnals and other compilations. You can download electronic versions of these files directly from this website and insert them into your programs and songsheets — for no additional charge! Visit the Click & Print section of the site for more details. Please note that usage reporting is required under the terms of these licenses so that composers and authors are compensated fairly. A link to usage reporting forms is at the left side of this page.

Other Reprint Licenses Available

You may request the following licenses by contacting WLP Customer Care at 800-566-6150 or wlpcs@jspaluch.com.

Annual Rehearsal License $150.00 per year renewed annually. This license allows you to make your own recordings and use tracks from WLP commercial and demo recordings, including mp3s, for your cantors, choir members, and instrumentalists. With this license you can burn CDs, e-mail mp3s, and post mp3s to your parish or liturgy planning website. As with our other annual licenses, only songs which are copyrighted, published or licensed by WLP are covered and usage reporting is required.
One-Time Reprint License $15.00 per song, for 36 hours of use

Permanent Hymnal/Songbook Reprint License $.06 per song, per copy, minimum fee $25.00
Non-Commercial Mechanical License $.091 per song, per recording copy or download, minimum fee $25.00
Seasonal/Event Reprint License $25.00 per song
