This page describes how to manage your account, and change profile information.

Registration

• When you click Registration, you will be required to register.
  
• Enter your name and password.
  
• Complete your information.
  
• Click Submit.

Manage Your Account

• To manage your Account click on the Login link at the top of the page.
  
• On the Login page look for the "Has your e-mail address changed since your last visit? Update." hyperlink, then click on Update.
  
• This will take you to the WLP site.
  
• Change any information including password and email address. Note: some fields are required. The system will inform you if you have any required fields blank.

Change Your Email Address

• Click on "Customer Login" or "Login "at the top of the page.
  
• Then look for a link that says "Update" under the submit button. This link will take you to WLP site where you can update your infomation after login in.
  
• Change your email information. The system will inform you if you have any required fields blank.
  
• Click Update.
  
• The screen will refresh with your changes displayed.

Forgot Your Password

• Click on "Customer Login" or "Login "at the top of the page.
  
• Then look for a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here" under the submit button.
  
• This link will take you to the WLP site where the "Forgot Your Password" page is at, then you can enter your email account.
  
• The system will send you the password to the email address listed for your account immediately.
